A log for admin that lists each action that you personally took and all admin took for changes to the schedule. For example, "On March 4th at 8am Admin A removed Provider A from March 9th 6p-8p."

We currently have a similar feature that actually might satisfy your use case. It is called "event log" and it is available in the Settings. The option is located in the bar on the lefthand side in the "Business" section. I hope the existing feature will satisfy your use case at least to some extent.
