There must be an option where we can ignore the conflict alerts on one-off shifts only.
What would be the purpose of ignoring the conflicts in your use case? Thanks.
For us it would be primarily in cases where an employee has approved a short turnaround between shifts. We still want to be alerted to those conflicts in most cases, but there are one-offs that we'd like to mark as approved. I could see this also being helpful for schedulers with other set parameters that are the general rule of thumb (e.g. hours per week, etc) that don't want to reset the conflict rules altogether but in unique circumstances want to ignore/approve/acknowledge/override the conflict alert.
Until there is a more convenient way to edit vacation/TORs than to decline and re-submit them, ignoring individual and specific conflicts when staff have agreed to work a shift during a date-flexible leave request would be helpful. Previously I would say that individual conflict overrides would be useful to us when staff have agreed to work a day they are typically unavailable however, I haven't had a chance to work with the new availability feature yet.
