Thanks for posting your idea.
In order to have a better understanding of your need could you please let me know what kind of posts would you like to edit? Only your posts? Or as a manager/admin it would be good to edit other posts as well?

Yes agree, it would be best if Employer or an Employee whoever posted a message have the option to Edit the message wall after posted it, in stead of delete and re-post.

I don't think employees should be permitted to edit. Instead only management can Edit original Messages - not comments.

I believe it would be highly beneficial to allow an option to Edit the Message you post on the wall.

There have been times that I wrote a New Message for all employees to view, then a short period later someone would bring to my attention that I made an error with in the Message. I would then have to Delete the entire Message and write a New Message with corrected information.
