Request of having scheduled hours minus approved hours that will fall under one direct report as "missed hours".
I'd also like this feature or better yet a "Tile" that shows up (like Time sheets that don't auto approve). I address this right now by running the "Time Sheet Attendance" report for everyone, and for anyone that has a "Absent" showing up, I run the "Time Sheet Late Summary" report. I usually do this when we run payroll, twice a month. That let's me pinpoint what shift they don't have hours claimed for, then I check their time sheets and make corrections/additions. Can be pretty time consuming, but if I keep on staff and give them feedback they usually do a pretty good job. Of our 45 or so employees, we have 2-3 that needed some extra "coaching" but seem to have got it. Again, I'd love to see this feature!
